outta here!

that's it, i've had it! it's spring break, it is 22 frigid degrees outside and the 6 inches of snow we received yesterday is still hanging around. this winter, which is technically now spring, has dragged on entirely too long. the kids and i are packing the car and heading for the desert. where this is no snow, grass is green and the temperatures will hover near 70. ahhhh! bikes, pool, park, petroglyphs, ripstick, jogging, mountain biking food and friends(!) is on the agenda. hopefully (fingers crossed) ripp will arrive tomorrow. but another trip to china next week and the new bumper we need to pay for on our car has him a little stressed out. i may or may not have hit the garage with said bumper, but either way i am sticking to my story. IT SHOULDN'T SNOW IN APRIL! come sunday, i will arrive home to no snow and warmer temperatures here. plus the excitement of being included in justin hackworth's 30 days 30 strangers project on monday in provo. actually, it will involve my daughter, my mother and my grandmother-four very cool generations. he updates his blog daily so look for our pictures on monday. hope you are enjoying your spring break or whatever the week is bringing you. i'm outta here!
