last week, me and the other three generations in my sweet world headed to provo to meet him and be part of his project. the criteria: must have been strangers and the pictures included mother daughter relationships. who it benefited: him, us, and the provo center for women and children in crisis. the outcome: so! dang! fun!
he told us a really funny joke about a horse. E told him funny jokes about lady gaga and hippies. my mom rocked her new shirt in style. my grandma was captured all alone (uh!) and looked beautiful. a picture for her obitituary, she commented. and I just relished in the fact that we were all together and able to be part of such a cool project.
click on his link over there ------> in my blog watch section (at the very top) and check out the entire project. including our day on april 12th.
i would have loved more time with this man to get to know him better and vice versa. it was tough to establish four new relationships in an hour, but man, am i glad i tried. the pictures are well worth it and i can't wait to see him again in another week to check out all the pictures. and hopefully i don't look like a grumpy-kid-on-a-park-bench in all of them. cause the definitely wasn't the case. why are we always so critical of ourselves.???

I loved the pictures he took of you! I kept thinking how it is just obvious why you are so gorgeous. You spring from beautiful women. Your grandmas are both so pretty. And your mom! And your little E--I loved how he captured the spark in her eyes in the individual shot. It was probably hard for her to look so serious in the four generation picture.
