dear E, thank-you for letting the pill borrow your purple, plaid shirt today. he was very worried that he wouldn't have a shirt to wear for purple day at school and didn't want to be the only one in class not participating. but even more, i want to thank you for encouraging him to wear it. you could have teased him, but instead told him how great he looked. it is in moments like this one, that i can almost forgive you both for all the bickering that takes place. you are a good and kind girl and i am proud of you. loves, Mom
