it is our annual sneak-peek-to-winter storm which makes for long days inside, curled up on the couch or laying near the fire.

at least that is what ripp and i prefer to do. the children get crafty.

by sunday evening, ripp and i were both sporting brand new, original, handmade necklaces and holding a picture that e had colored for us...of us.

she thought her dad was quite funny when he asked why she had colored him with his brown-haired girlfriend instead of her blonde-haired mom.
